Very sturdy and good metal
I bought this for my fiance and he likes it! He uses it everyday. It’s that good metal feeling not that cheap plastic like metal. And the thing that you put on the bottom of your foot is pretty comfortable.

The key is the handles which make snapbacks less likely. I get a better workout with these than I get at the gym.

Great bands, but the carry bag is useless
Pretty good bands for the value! They actually provide resistance without having to stretch em a quarter mile to feel tension like a lot of other company’s bands. The carry bag they give you is kind of a joke…the bottom seam ripped out within the first week, but get yourself a small gym duffel and you’ll be fine. All in all very convenient and versatile!

I enjoy working out with this setup had to quit the free weights with my back. I have a little more control with this and don’t hurt myself . I’m 64 with severe arthritis and enjoy working out again

Good, durable bands
They’re much better than I expected. I’ve never ordered something like this but I was pleasantly surprised by their quality. My only gripe is I wish the bands themselves were longer but other than that I’d recommend them.

Looks great, product durability is questionable
Upon first glance and use this was a well made item with well made accessories. I was able to complete a basic 30 minute workout with no issues. Upon second use one of the 35 pound resistance bands snapped and whipped around dangerously close to my face. Giving 1 star for now and purchasing another one. If the second one works without failure for a month or so I’ll change the review to a 4 star.

This product is quite amazing. I had been keeping an eye on it for a little while now. There’s so many exercises that can be done if one thinks a little. I was almost going to buy a few attachments. After a little creative thinking I won’t need any attachments now. Totally worth it and fully recommend it.

I will circle back and add to this review after I have used this product and can make a better judgment about it.Once I get caught up, I WILL meet the expected times for reviews and WILL NOT fall behind again.The bar, handles, straps and stretch bands are well made and feel durable.I am in my upper 70s and have some health issues that make it hard for me to get back up if I do exercises such as pushups or sit ups. I am sure this kit will be ideal for me because I can stand while doing several of the exercises that are shown in the instructions.At this time, I give it 4 Stars. The number may go up or down (after I have exercised with this kit for a couple of weeks). I marked it on my calendar and will update then.I encourage shoppers to shop around and look for the best price they can find. I believe most shoppers today are savvy and are doing just that.I will update this review if I have any problems with this product.
