Great product at a great price.
I LOVE my new heat pack. The material is very soft, and it warms up very nicely and holds the heat for at least 20-30 min. I haven’t used it for cooling yet, but I’m sure it will do thr job well. It has a good weight to it, so it feels cozy around the shoulders, or wherever you place it on your body. The best part is the delightful smell of herbs when you heat it up. A natural and light scent starts to permeate the air around you and makes you even more relaxed when you smell it. I like it so much, I may just get myself another one!

Perfect to relieve tension & anxiety
This is the BEST wrap if you hold tension in your neck, shoulders and upper back. Plus the weight of it calms you – like a weighted blanket. Anxiety, tension and stiffness melt away.

Bought this for my wife to help with relaxing her neck muscles. She loves the wrap because it covers her shoulders and neck. She likes the smell of the scents infused in the item. The instructions say to heat the wrap at 50% power in the microwave for no more than 3 minutes. I found that it to be insufficient. We really did not find much warmth at that setting. I find that heating it at between 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on high in the microwave is much better.

I have problems with headaches caused by neck and shoulder tension. This is perfect! Warmed up 2 minutes in microwave and 20 minutes later it’s still warm. The aromatherapy is chef kiss! I couldn’t love this more. Worth every penny!

Have suffered from neck pain due to moderate arthritis compounded by overuse & too much staring at my cell phone. I was amazed at how well made this is compared to many devices on the market right now. It’s not skimpy when it comes to size or filler. Very soft. Mild scent. I pop mine in the microwave first thing in the morning for just over 2 minutes while I get my coffee & keep it on for about 20 minutes. LOVE IT. Have seen a major improvement in pain relief in just a couple of weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Works at first, smell goes away.
19 months later of use, in the beginning I was using it everyday, it worked fine and smelled good, after about 7-8 months , the smell of the “infused ” smell, now it smells off, not pleasant anymore the herbal aroma is gone. Guess it doesn’t last. It does still heat up and keeps its heat, but the pleasant smell is gone

Very comforting
I like this wrap. It smells very nice, not overpowering. The heat feels nice. Need to microwave it more than they directions suggest though. Four minutes on medium was perfect for my microwave. I suggest to slowly increase the time to see what works best for your situation. It is a little heavy but that is also nice because it stays in place. It is very soft too and it feels nice. When not feeling well, this nicely scented wrap can put you in a good place for a while. Not a bad thing…
