Good price and thickness
I use these for my horse, they work well! I did duct tape them on the top so they last longer with my horse. They are awesome thickness, great quality, and great price.

The BEST exercise foam pads for home use!
These pads are even more versatile than stated in the description: placing them short end to short end creates a pad wide and long enough to do tandem (one foot in front of the other) balance exercises! And, when placed side by side making the pad pictured in the promo info, many other balance exercises can be done with the same kind of experience as my therapist has me do during therapy sessions as an outpatient. These pads will also work great for doing regular home exercises (classical stretch essentrics/yoga/pilates) when a “block” is needed for proper positioning for floor exercises. So much better than a pillow! Although I have only used them for 3 days, their design quality and firmness of foam is very comparable to what i use at physical therapy sessions. Original instructions state “best to use bare feet” and that is what I do. Not sure how well they would hold up with the added friction of tennis shoes and socks only would likely interfere with stability when standing on them. The supplier provided very speedy delivery, packing was good and easy to open. I highly recommend this item for a higher quality balance exercise experience!

First balance
To work for my balance exercises, 2 had to be velvroed together. That said, I’m pleased with their firmness

Could be a little softer as balance pad but similar to other brands except one.
Depending on your purpose of buying this particular design (1/2,x2) the velcro that lines the sides of each block of the pad may be too sticky to each other, making separating them moderately difficult, this may eventually cause the Velcro to detach?? (I am only guessing here). One of the Velcro was not smoothly adhered or housed? to the pad, resulting in a little wavy border. Otherwise this is a nice pad, with reasonable resilience (or ‘give’, softness) to train your foot, ankle and left muscles for balance. The only other brand that is superior is the oval shaped OPTP pad but that one costs $28, while this one is $13 fir one pad, x2 would be $26 when you order it. I bought these to crease an up-&-down walking path in my basement so that I can still walk indoors on cold or rainy days.I cannot be sure how durable it will be since I just bought them 2 weeks ago but I ‘believe’ it will last good period of time, like years. Only time can time and we all know nothing lasts ‘forever’. Haha!

Good pads, bad glue on velcro
The Velcro on pads did not last but that was not a problem use them individually

Good product, check the Velcro attached to the pad
Velcro was not adhered to the pads properly out of the package. Thickness and sturdiness was good. Quality of pad itself is worth the price. Big appeal of time was the versatile size option the Velcro provided and sturdiness. Velcro’s strips themselves adhered to eachother and held well. The strips on my particular items received were not attached to the pad, and I returned the item for a different block altogether.

Item seems great, strong enough material to provide real support. However when I opened them the corner of one of the pads was damaged. There was no damage to the packaging it came in and shows no sign of ‘springing back’ to it’s original shape
