Works well and lasts a long time
I’ve had this well over a year now and really love it. It comes out every so often when I work too long at the computer. Also great to use as a heating pad, since the metal coil of the neck will spread flat pretty well. I appreciate the auto shut off although I don’t like to fall asleep with it on anyway. I usually crank it up to the highest level every time. Fyi it will not stay at the hottest level continuously, it will cycle on and off. But I think this is for safety and not a bug. I really like the adjustable collar, and how it will snap closed. And the weighted edge is a really nice touch that makes it feel cozy. It’s lasted a long time already and I’ll continue using it.

Not Perfect But My Neck And I Love the Heat!
12/22/25: I will say one thing about this neck and shoulder heating pad. It has lasted. I have used it off and on since I purchased it in 2023. Lost it and found it again several times over. It gets around my home and then when I find it, like today, I use it and I’m so thankful for it once again.I’m not easy on heating pads and I have had several that I have no idea where they are because they were bulky or hard to use. This one sits on shoulders and warms my neck immediately. No pain today but the weather is cold and so am I. Bumping up my rating from 2 stars to 4 because of longevity despite not taking care of it and because it always just works. Bought direct from Amazon, like I always do, and once again I was not disappointed with my purchase.08/16/23: I wish I had listened to the reviewers who talked about this heating pad being uncomfortable to use. It’s a torture heating pad. I have the previous gen and it’s snuggly and comfortable to use on your shoulders or any other part you want to put heat to because it’s not so structured and rigid as this one. It also doesn’t heat evenly and all the way to the edges like mine. I wanted one for my living room and one for my bedroom. But this one will not be the one for my living room. I’ll keep looking.

Better than a flat pad and wonderful to use.
I rarely give 5 stars but this is an above-the-average product for its class. I love how soft it is, the multi-function heat settings work perfectly and I’ve used this heating pad for about two years now. It’s 100% reliable and you can use this heating pad on various places on the body. I just had abdominal surgery and was able to drape it over my abdomen very comfortably. This pad is very durable, has auto shut-off and cleans easily with a washrag.Simply put, this is an excellent product that I highly recommend.

Great for easing stiffness in the shoulders and back
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother. He loves it!It’s versatile enough to wear like cape, to ease stiffness in the shoulders and upper back, or spread it out like a blanket and lay down on it.

Was exactly what I’d hoped for in a gift for an achy senior citizen. Great product!
My mother is 93 and frequently has an achy neck and shoulders. It was a big hit as a gift. She loves this product! It’s easy for her to use and she keeps it on the back of her favorite recliner. If she gets chilled or sore, she pops it on and adjusts the heat. I think I’ll get one for my husband, who often has a stiff neck. The heating pad is a great design, it is soft and substantial and stays put.

Doesn’t get hot enough
It is form fitting and I like the weight of it. I gave 3 stars because it doesn’t get hot enough. The highest setting is warm. I paid more for Sunbeam product because I thought the temperatures would be accurate and the quality a high standard.Temperature is lousy. I can’t speak for the quality because I just got it. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Excellent!
Great product. Fits pefectly around my neck and upper back/shoulder and sufficently heats my sternocleidomastoid muscle and upper trapezius muscle. No adjustments need once set in place. The weight and magnets hold the heat pad in place to direct the heat to the intended muscles.
