HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds. Fold the pack properly and ensure it is not touching the sides of the microwave. Flip the pack after 1 minute for even heating. Note that new packs may take longer to heat up due to moisture in the fresh seeds.
