    Well stocked.
One of the best stocked First Aid kits I’ve seen. Most barely have enough supplies to bandage a small wound much less anything serious. Feel better carrying this Kit in both my cars. Hoping I never need it but better off if I do.

Not a bad kit, could be better, but I wouldn’t be upset if it was all I had.
Let me be clear before I start complaining, this is a good base kit. The pouch is a nice molle style, zippers are solid, the hook and loop fasteners are grabby and hold firm. The closure strap seems a little hinky, but good otherwise. In a former life I was trained as a combat lifesaver and functioned as such for quite a few years. It is from that perspective that I will be looking this over. The sheers are functional, but they are not of the greatest quality, they flex over each other easily. They would be fine for fabric, light leather, and so on, but heavy canvas or thick leather would be a struggle, especially if there are metal components in the way. So, functional, but not great, average for what you find in kits, not as good as your average sheer on an ambulance. The knife, it is a knife. It is there; it isn’t anything special. There is a hunk of Firestarter there in the handle. The blade is an aggressive design, which would be a bugger to sharpen. The serration is largely useless, and the limb cutter back would only be useful in the direst of circumstances.Onto the parts that matter, the kit itself is pretty good. There are a variety of actually useful first aid implements, that could prove useful in a first responder situation. The compression bandage is of a good quality, chest seals are wonderful to have available, and the tourniquet is, well it is present. Will it perform as well as a CAT-T. Then of course there are the random gauzes, surgical tapes, bandages, and some iodine. The sam splint isn’t bad, I have seen better, but it is a decent enough cheap model which would do exactly what it needs to. Stabilize a fractured appendage or support a potential neck injury.Cool stuff all in all. The downside, like many kits on the market, you really have enough of the stuff that matters for one person. A second chest seal and emergency bandage would be great, especially as those are the things that are less easily replicated with random supplies. Nonetheless, still a good kit for stabilizing until proper assistance can take over.I would also guff that the single set of vinyl gloves is silly. Nitrile gloves would perform better overall, and frankly, if you are stabilizing someone as a first responder, sanitation is the least of your concerns. They can deal with any dirt or secondary infection at the hospital. Also, the burn gel, just don’t. If the person being treated has a burn, use some dry gauze, loose wrap, and take them to the hospital. The emergency response team will appreciate not having some random goo to try to get off first.Anyway, the size is alright, it could honestly be smaller, but for what it is, it is of a reasonable size. A bit bigger than the Army personal IFAK, but still smaller than a lot of similar kits. The sam splint is really the bulk of the size.Anyway, good kit, could be better. Price is reasonable for what it is.Sidenote don’t be the highspeed that puts tampons in your kit, they are almost useless for first aid.

Overwhelming First Aid Array, Good to Have, Hope Not to Need
This first aid kit, made by Chinese Company Thriaid, is comprehensive, to say the least. I’m not a medical professional. I have had basic first aid training but no advanced life-saving courses. I do not have the expertise to identify what’s missing from this kit. Except for a pair of tweezers and an emergency flare of some sort, the kit seems to have what’s needed when rendering first aid in the field. I hope I never need to use things like the chest seal, but now I have one. Here’s what I like:**Expiration Dates — A few of the items had expiration dates of 2 to 4 years from now.**Individually Wrapped — Take what you need, without contaminating everything else.**Instructions on Packages — Directions are included on the exterior of the packages.**Secure, Reflective Bag — The beefy bag has rings and Velcro strips for hanging it to other things, and other things to it. I can’t tell if the zippers are waterproof but the interior lining is waterproof and water beads and rolls off the exterior canvas. In fact, the Velcro straps holding the bag closed are so strong it takes a bit of effort to disengage them so you can unzip the bag. What Could Be Better**Tweezers? — I don’t know but it seems like a pair of tweezers and maybe some kind of flare or reflective flag might be good additions to this kit.Of note, this bag is rather large. It’s about the size of a small lunchbox. It weighs a little over two pounds. Between the weight and size, I wouldn’t want to lug it on a casual day hike. It’s not intended for that anyway. However, if you were remote camping, on a boat trip or similar, having this kit along would be wise and beneficial in an emergency. Also might be good to keep in your car for emergencies, although I don’t know if summer heat would compromise any of the contents.I’m quite impressed with this kit. Looking at the array of first aid items makes me think I really should take another first aid course to ensure I know how to use all these things before an emergency. Recommended.
