Nice pain reliever.
I got the SuzziPad for neck and shoulder relief and it’s been a lifesaver after long workdays. The size is just right, not too bulk and the 25-inch straps make it super easy to wear hands-free while moving around. It heats up quickly in the microwave and holds warmth longer than I expected. The moist heat feels soothing and really helps with muscle tension. I’ve also used it on my arm and abdomen and it molds nicely to different areas. The fabric is soft and the stitching feels durable. This is a reliable, multipurpose heat pack.

Cute and Useful
This is a cute little microwavable heating pad, but you can also use it as a cooling pad if you leave it in the freezer for a few hours. I popped mine in the microwave for 60 seconds and got about 12 minutes of nice moist heat. It has a Velcro strap that you can use if you want to secure it around your ankle or wrist. it’s a soft velour material on the outside and more of a polyester material on the inside. I wish it was the same soft velour on both sides. It comes packaged in a plastic Ziploc – type bag with French and English writing on it and nice graphics. There’s also a helpful instruction sheet. It’s a small pad, so it’s limited to basically the wrist, forehead, neck, and ankle areas. My preference is for a larger pad that I can still use on those areas but also use for my lower back and abdomen. This is currently priced at $14, which I think is too high. I think more around the $11 mark would be better. Giftability is 4/5 as the packaging is just OK. I would prefer if it were in a small box with cute graphics.

Decent, Almost perfect.
I honestly didn’t expect much for the price, but this heating pad delivered big comfort in a small package. First off, it’s super easy to use, just pop it in the microwave for about a minute (I prefer closer to 90 seconds for a stronger effect), and boom: instant warmth. It stays hot for a solid 15–20 minutes, which is perfect for soothing pain without constantly reheating. The velcro strap, it’s long, stretchy, and lets you go completely hands-free. I can move around freely and it stays in place fairly well. I’ve used it on my shoulder, lower back, knee, and even wrapped around my arm. The weight is just right—not too heavy but definitely enough to feel therapeutic. The soft exterior feels nice against the skin, though I’d recommend placing a cloth between it and your skin if you plan to use it frequently, since it’s not washable. That’s the only downside. A removable cover would have made this absolutely perfect. One more bonus: you can freeze it for cold therapy too, and it actually worked surprisingly well after I let it chill for a few hours. Great for inflammation. This thing punches above its price point. It’s versatile, lightweight, and saves your hands from having to hold it in place. If you’re looking for a solid heat/cold pad that won’t break the bank, this is it.

Soft and well made.
The SuzziPad appears to be made of quality material. The pad that fits to my arm/leg has a “soft fabric design” that is very comfortable when placed on my skin. Additionally, the pad is heavy enough to stay in place, firmly, wherever it is applied. The strap used for fastening is strong and uses Velcro strips to hold the pad in place. The “heating pad” warms up sufficiently when placed in a microwave and then placed on the injured area. The pad can be used for heat and also as a cold compress after placing the pad in the freezer for approx. 4 hours. The instructions are printed large enough for easy viewing and have a few visual representations. The SuzziPad is crafted well, is comfortable to use and supports both a hot and cold application.

Cute little heat pack
Positives – material is soft and pack is flexible and comfortable to use. It’s small and you can use it on a variety of body parts. adjustable velcro strap is removeable and you can attach wherever you’d like on back of pack (entire material on one side of pack will stick to velcro). This makes it very convenient so you get the right fit and can walk around and don’t have to hold pack. Also this heats up fast, just 1 minute and you’re good to go.Not so good – Is not washable. If you get this dirty and wiping down material won’t get it clean, you’ve got to toss it. This is advertised as a hot and cold therapy. This pack definitely doesn’t get cold. I tried it more than once and the last time I had it in the freezer for 24 hours. It get “cool” at best.

This is a very nice microwave heating pad.
Love this microwave heating pad. It’s a nice size to put on my shoulder or on a sore tummy. I like that it has Velcro to help keep it in place, although it isn’t big enough to use on the shoulder. It’s a nice neutral color which the guys in my family appreciate. I haven’t used it as a cold pack but the ad says you can use it that way too. It’s a really nice microwave heating pad.

simple, practical and useful for should aches.
simple, practical and useful for should aches. Easy to use and can be used on the should, stomach, or leg. Material is reliable and can be wrapped around a towel if needed for more padding.
