Haven’t used for long, but like it so far!
Haven’t used it long enough, but hasn’t caused any issues and they seem to be helping with weight maintenance. I like the idea of having a option without the extra added caffeine since I’m sensitive to it and can only consume up to 300 mg of caffeine a day due to my condition. Also seems decently priced for the amount you get! My only issue with it was (and this is just with Thorne supplements in general), I’ve noticed they don’t state if they need to be taken with or without food, so I had to do some research on my end to see how to get the best results with it while also not putting to much strain on my liver. This type of green tea needs to be taken with food from what I’ve found.

I really like this green tea vitamin. Its easy to swallow and there are not any side effects that are associated with green tea. Very quality product and seems to help with diet and the feeling of well being.

This is a must for longevity and age reversal
If you don’t follow scientific studies or age-reversal technology, this may not make sense. Use it in your daily regimen to reverse damage caused by the hallmarks of aging—look it up: two studies in 2013 and 2023 by Lopez-Orin. It will also substitute for the MIT-Harvard-U Maine study in 2023.

These do not cause me to be jittery. Not sure if they are working. I don’t see any difference. But this is an easy way to take green tea without the high caffeine content.

Fibroids
I had a 5cm fibroid grow to 8cm and the doctor recommended a hysterectomy. Since I wasn’t having any issues from the fibroid, I was not willing to go that route without trying lifestyle modifications. I worked with a naturopath and used a regimen of Thorne’s EGCG, DIM, and Meta Balance and Arthur Andrew’s Fibrovera and Serratia. I also take Vitamin D and regular multivitamins. I had the fibroids rechecked four months later and they had shrunk – 8cm down to 6 cm. I can’t say that it is definitely due to the supplements, but I am still going to be taking them. For all struggling with fibroids, be hopeful!
