Is the mat suitable for all floor sports?
Yes, the mat is suitable for pilates, yoga and cardio sessions (HIIT, body combat, cross training….). Its markings help you to find your way around and to position yourself correctly.
OPTIMAL THICKNESS
If you practice yoga at home, in the gym or at the office. It is best to use a fitness mat that cushions your contact with hard floors while protecting your joints. We have opted for an ideal thickness of 6mm in the design of our mat, following the recommendations of yoga teachers.

I love love love this mat! Very comfortable and seems pretty durable. It is perfectly thin with just enough cushion and is light weight for carrying to workouts. I use mine for Pilates. I love the purple and how elegant it looks. It does have good slip resistance, no weird smells and good length.

Love my new mat.
Really like my new Yogati yoga mat. I am new to yoga and tried a thicker mat at first but I was having trouble with balance because it was too thick. This mat is perfect design thickness for balance is grippy and has alignment lines to help me. It also comes with carry strap and is a pretty purple with pink back. Also, it is the 72” length which is nice since I am 5’9” tall. It does NOT have an odor. The thickness is also comfortable for knees and tail bone.

Nice everyday yoga mat…
Nice yoga mat to keep body off the floor. Very thin mat but works for what you need it for. Easy to roll up and roll out. Easy to transport and carry. No strong product smell to worry about. Nice vibrant pink and purple colors. Family uses it often.

Genau so stelle ich mir eine Yogamatte vor: handlich, nicht zu groß, angenehm gepolstert und rutschfest. Das Trage-/Wickelband ist Gold wert – aufrollen, über die Schulter hängen, fertig. Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, keine Gerüche, keine Wellen; liegt plan und bleibt stabil, auch bei schweißtreibenden Flows. Für Zuhause und Studio top. Nachteile habe ich keine gefunden.

I took up yoga a few months ago and began by using the yoga mats that the class gave to me. Overall, they were fine however I believe they were a bit too thin therefore I decided to buy my own. I was aware of spending too much money on a mere yoga mat, but having done a lot of research, I have finally decided that this is the one that I want, and I’m really glad I went for it because I’ve found the mat really comfortable to use, but without being so squishy meaning that I can balance on it and not worry about the standing poses or poses where I have to kneel on my knees which can hurt a bit. This mat is incredibly grippy, perfect for arm balances, deep stretches & inversions. It looks great too and I’d certainly recommend this mat to anyone who wants my recommendation. It’s very light weight, and completely slip and sweat resistant- does not get really greasy. I love that it’s eco-friendly and being an environmentalist myself, I really appreciate that the product that I am using is not hurting the planet. I also love the vibrant colours too, when receiving it, the mat is packaged really well. I have done lots of different exercises on this mat, and applied force, and the yoga mat still looks brand new and hasn’t thinned at all, maintaining it’s shape. When you use the yoga mat it is also really comfortable which reduces the likelihood of pain during exercise. Overall, I would recommend this yoga mat and it is comfortable, well packaged and great value for money.

Very disappointed. I opened the box and the yoga mat was wrapped in clear cellophane and paper around the middle. While removing the wrapping, it snagged halfway down and before I realized it was after tearing the yoga mat! It tore like paper.I have had my old mat for years brought to the beach and lots of yoga classes.Can’t believe this tore so easily.Otherwise the mat colour was just as I expected the yoga bag same brand was lovely.
