These work with a caveat
These pills worked for me but I had to modify the regiment. I work overnight so I generally take them in the evening about an hour or two before work. I’m roughly 6 ft and 245lbs. I take 3 after eating dinner before work and my appetite is generally curbed which means I don’t snack at work. When I get home in the mornings 8 hours later I’m generally still not hungry but I’ll eat something small sometimes because I practice intermittent fasting so I eat once every 10 to 12 hours. Combine these pills with a high protein low carb diet. Try to do at least some light cardio 3 times a week and try some intermittent fasting and see how it works for you I’ve lost about 15 pounds in about 3 months. They work but have a place for your weight loss.

HEALTH ALERT — The EGCGs of this product is at toxicity levels and may cause harm to the liver. I wish I had researched it more before purchasing. You can look it up yourself.”Taking 6000 mg (6 grams) of green tea extract is a very high dose, significantly exceeding recommended amounts (typically 250-500 mg) and carries risks like liver damage, severe stomach upset, insomnia, increased blood pressure, and headaches, due to concentrated catechins and caffeine.”Sadly I cannot return. For sure this is why supplement labels says consult a healthcare professional before taking this product. Sadly no refunds, so I’m out of $17… but I discovered in time before the damage would have been far more costly.
